Woo. Played badminton with Yixin yesterday, then she brought along her unicycle. *raises eyebrow* Lol. Really, I mean it's just one wheel. Can't believe it. She had to borrow it from her friend, and die die also must master that unicycle. Lol. Ya, that's she lar, so cannot blame. Then when we were playing on it, crowds of people came to watch us. Kinda like a mini circus parade. She's still on the process of learning, but she swears to get it mastered within ten hours. Good luck. Lol. Ok lar, she's the sporty kind, so it's kinda believable.

I hate waking up early in the morning, even though I usually do. The feeling's just weird. I'm hovering between the conscious mind and the feeling of going back to bed. Argh. And then I'll tell myself sleeping more is kinda wasting your time, so slap yourself awake and do something, even if it means being a couch potato and slurping your coffee. Yeah. I'm weird.
Hmm. Then I'm gonna start wondering if there are plans to go out today. Not bad, been going out all the time these few days. Beats staying at home and watch little characters thump monsters to death.
I think I'm having a weird sense of humour today. I wonder if it's contagious.

Christmas over. That was fast. Had a nice feast on both christmas eve and day, and I'm feeling the after effects of the dinners. Man, wouldn't believe what we ate.
Met my gang on eve to get some groceries done, had decided on a spagetti meal with honey roasted chicken. Woo. But turned out I had to help out at the kitchen. Lol. Fun lar, making meals for ourselves, so it wasn't that bad, and I only meddled with the chopping part. Hehe. I think we overestimated ourselves, coz we dumped in the whole packet of dried spagetti sticks. Looks little, but when it expands in the water... Oops. Had a huge pot of spagetti noodles to be divided among six people. Really a lot. Plus the chicken, a 1kg log cake for Singuan's birthday, cookies Sufang and Chuzhen made (thanx a lot!)... We had a lot of food.
And I thought we really had a lot on eve. Christmas day was with Sophia, Huiling, Waychin, Weiyi and Huiying. Potluck style - simple and easy rite? Hmm. Didn't think we'd have a lot of leftover food. Really A LOT. Same routine, did groceries, brought home stuff. Didn't realise Sophia's mum actually cooked spagetti for us, and had a WHOLE BIG POT of sauce. (Yeah, spag again. Lol. I love spag anyway.) The sauce was great, problem only arises becuase we had a whole chicken also, plus Waychin's breadrolls, Weiyi's meatballs and dessert, Huiying's pizza, 300g of shoulder ham, chocolate muffins and sausages. Whee. FOOD. I'M PIG. Pigged out at Sophia's house. Literally. I mean, with Brad Pitt's Ocean's Eleven on the tv, what else is heaven? Hehe.

Wa. Maple server crashed again. I'm stuck Maple-less. You won't believe how many times the server has crashed on me (and a lot others) this past few days. Damn the server. Sigh.
Oh ya, finally went out. Haha. Dragged Huiling out, and Jy as a package. Lol. Had lunch, then split ways when he had to go, and left the two of us to get some last-minute christmas shopping done.

I just realised something.
I have absolutely no life at all. Been playing Maple, and then sleeping. Kinda sad life I lead. Hmm. Nothing much else to do. I don't know. No christmas feeling. Haven't gotten anything for the gift exchange thingy, and I can't really be bothered at all. Suddenly I feel very down. I don't know why, but yeah. Down. A little crappy.
Miss going out. Wonder where everyone is. So busy. I really have no life. Sianz. Needa go out some time. Crap. I wanna stay out. Where is everyone anyway? Oh really.
I seriously have no friends.

Wa. So tired. Just came back from my cousin's wedding dinner. Ok lar. I wasn't too close to him, so didn't have much to talk about. Just kinda fast he's getting married. 28 years old. Hmm. Yeah. But the bride's pretty. Hehe. But he's kinda fat. Lol! Slimed down lar, lost 15 kg. That's a lot man. Lol. Otherwise he was... bulgy. Haha. Anyway. Yeah, first to get married. Next would be another cousin... March, I think. Hmm.

Chalet's over, and was actually not too bad. Lol. Went crazy lar. I think I was quite siao. (Fine, very siao.) Took a lot of photos on cameras, but can't remember on whose cameras when we were barbequing stuff at our chalet's patio. Not bad, we even have a patio, but the portable pit sucks. Hmm. Ok lar, still usable anyway, who's complaining? Went totally bonkers during the bowling session after that. I mean, we were taking more stupid photos then we were trying to get the ball down the alley. Hehe. Real stupid photos. I don't know if Clara's gonna post them up. Hmm. Gotta get her to send me. Lol.
I think I was running low on sleep, coz I was getting cranky, and wanted to jump into the pool. Really had that notion to just get into the swimming pool just beside our chalet room, and got both Huiling and Jy to join. (actually is huiling's idea lor...) Muahaha... Ya lar, Jy jumped in first to test the waters and found out the hard way that the water was cold. Lol. Came up jumping like a wet kangaroo, (!!!) then had to push me into the water also. Crap. COLD. You gotta adjust to the coldness before you stop complaining. I came back up after him to get him down again, then he hugged the pillar, screaming cold. What a wimp. Lol. Ya lar. Three of us got wet in the end, and by then the patrolman was on his way around, so that kinda concluded our short pool episode. Hmm. No flu there. We were lucky.
Nothing much to do the next day. Really screwed and having mood swings over no sleep, so came back early from breakfast at Mac to get some sleep. Argh. Slept to noon then awoken by the rest when they discussed about going to Wild Wild Wet. No-no for me. Nah. Firstly, wasn't interested. Secondly, CAN'T. (Not gonna elaborate.) That left me, Huiling, and Jy. (Again.) And Jonathan. Hmm, so glad we brought our volleyball. Hehe. Tried to get a proper volleyball match going, but er, lacked the skills lar. You know, the kind of match where the ball goes over the net but doesn't return? Lol. Yeah. Switched to dodgeball, so we teamed, Clara, Jonathan and me versus Yani, Huiling and Jy. Hahaha. Yani and Clara had to leave shortly after we started dodgeball, so that left 4 of us. Funny. Imagine 4 people trying to hit each other with a ball. Kinda hard to aim. Yeah. We were trying so hard. Lol.
Went back to the chalet to find it empty. Yeah. The girls went for that Wild Wild Wet, Alvin's sleeping, so that what can four of us do? Yeah. Mahjong time. Haha. Went against that pro kia Jon, he practically won every other round. So glad we strictly stuck to the no gambling rule. Hehe. Otherwise I think he'd have our pockets empty.
Yeah, a slow afternoon of mahjong plus a bit of bridge and big two... And Jon's tricks. Crap. Got us playing this game where you opened the first two cards and bet on a number of cups of tapwater. If the third card was in between the first two cards, then the bet is carried to the next person. Wah. Made us drink until bladders burst. That card sharp Jon. Hmm, I think either I was lucky, or Jon really tricked us. I had only one half cups, while the rest gulped down er... countless cups. Lol.
Slacked around the rest of the day, nothing much done anyway. Wanted to watch Brad Pitt's show, Seven, but the movie droned, and we switched it off after a while. Boring. Yeah. I was thinking about going to sleep already. Hehe.
Hmm. Chalet. I think we should hold another soon.

Hmm. Slacked around at home. Yeah! Maple level 20! Whee. Went out after that to hang out around, then watched 'Meet Joe Black' at Heli's house, even though it's a very, very old movie. But had to really drowl over Brad Pitt. Oh man, that lovely face, so cute, then so shuai. *salivates* Hmm, he isn't Hollywood's golden boy for nothing. Man, that movie was so old, Brad Pitt was so young and eligible... Then you compare him in Troy. Muscular, malevolent. Wow. Ok, a lot of difference. Seeing him in one movie, you can't imagine him in the other. Lol. *salivates again* Buey tahan. He's too shuai to be true.

Oh wow. Prom. Kinda stunned but... Lol. You'll never know what you'll expect until you experience it yourself...
Had been really looking forward to prom, and getting excited and gan chiong together with all your girlfriends. Haha. I mean, when you have 6 girls cramping in one room and frantically trying to change into their dresses while slapping some make-up on your face at 4 pm when they have to leave at 5, that's what I call action. Woohoo. I think I got lucky, at least I had the time to leisurely stroll around in Sophia's house, play with her dog for a while, then shower. Haha. Already dressed and more or less finishing with the cosmetics section when the people finally arrive. Not bad. That's what I call planning ok?
Lol. Went our separate ways after receiving our testimonials. (Speaking of testimonials, I think Tay hates me. She even spells my name wrongly. Sigh. Had to give it back to her for changes. Anyways...) I decided I should rabbit to Sophia's house as soon as possible, since I'm not doing my hair, and I should go first so we don't clash with each other later. Hehe. Wise choice. But of course had to do some dirty job, like calling people for the night's hotel room, so that we get enough people and enough dough to 'kai fang'. Yeah, I think we're really spontaneous. I mean, considering that we only finally decided to book a hotel just in the morning of the night itself, I think we're pretty gung-ho. Lol. Not that the hotel was some kind of 5-star hotel, or even 4-star, but at least it had two beds, and a toilet. Good enough. Hehe. Some u-lu hotel like The Gallery Hotel, which I've never heard of, but yeah. It was, at least, not dilapidated, or 'raunchy'. (Quotes Junyong. Think Hotel 81. Lol.)
Oh yeah. Back to Sophia's house. Let's just skip the part where Larry (the dog) tries to rub himself on me, or me giving him a body massage. Lol. Oh yeah. Gan chiong time. I guess I underestimate us girls sometimes. Never thought we could dily-daly for so long. Originally needed to leave by 5, and me and Huiling with Junyong by 4.45 (around there) since we needed to check in the hotel room first. BUT, (yeah, there's a but) we had to delay, and ask the poor guy below Sophia's flat to wait for us for half an hour since Huiling and I weren't done packing and we needed to collect everyone's stuff to bring it to the hotel. Yeah. Talk about being bellboys for the peeps. Lol. But since there was only one guy that was truly being the bellboy, I shan't say much. Haha. Rounded up our stuff into the taxi, and headed down for The Gallery Hotel. Don't even talk about the rest. Hello, the rest upstairs weren't even done. Lol.
Oh yeah. The taxi part. Can't resist talking about it. Hmm. Had me pretty stunned. Wow. Hmm. You know you usually see Junyong in that kind of pattern at school? Yeah. That's how he'd appeared in the morning during testimonial collection time. And he was kinda gonna do some more last-minute shopping for his shirt, jacket, hair highlight, hairstyle... You get the idea. Then me and Huiling were just in the lift talking about him when we reached the lobby... and saw him. Utterly stunned. Lol! I mean, wow... Talk about 'being the man I never thought he would be'. (Another quote from him.) I can't exactly describe, but... he really went great efforts into, erm, 'being the man I never thought he would be'. Ok. Can't describe. Oh my god. STUNNED. Lol. So yeah, so sweet of him to get me flowers (roses), though it was kinda expected, but well... Yeah, nice. Hehe.
Reached the hotel with lots of time to spare, but we couldn't check in yet. Yeah, sad fact. The hotel needed a deposit of 250 bucks, which none of us had that kind of dough. (Actually, we were wearing the money. Can you imagine? My dress - 89, shoes - 50, accessories - around 20+, my hair - 26... The rest? Huiling - 200+, Junyong - close to 300! God. What did he spend on anyway?) Yeah. Had to call for some help. Got Yani to withdraw the money so we could check in, but guess what. Wow. We arrived at 5.30pm, but had to wait for Yani and Clara to arrive... at 6.45. Lol. Nice wait. Hmm. Can't do anything else anyway. Yeah. And felt stupid to take photos with the lobby personnel staring at us. Lol.
Yeah. Finally got our room, and it looked so cozy after the hour's sit down at the lobby I didn't really feel like moving anymore. Oh gosh. Nice beds, nice toilet, nice tv... Yeah fine. Lol. Was already late, so had to rush. Really rush. Yani was bunning up her hair, Clara was sprinkling shimmering powder, and we were waiting for the bellboy to bring up our stuff so we could rummage it for the tickets the girls over at Sophia's house forgot to take it with them. Hmm. Yeah. Lots of stuff to do over at the hotel, and were really delayed.
7pm before the five of us could finally get out, and problem again. Hmm. 5 peeps = 2 taxis. Sigh. Nothing much to argue about who's going with who, so sent Clara, Yani and Huiling on the first taxi while both of us tried to hail the next cab. You wouldn't believe it. I don't know how we can miss so many cabs. Waited quite a while before we finally boarded the taxi to Ritz Carlton. Man, I hate my heels. They sink into soil. Crap.
Yeah. Grand entrance... Actually not really, since the program started late, so we were actually on time. Last few to reach, but hey, who's noticing? Took LOTS of pictures. LOTS LOTS of them. (SEND ME!) Entered the ballroom. TOOK MORE PHOTOS. LOTS LOTS MORE. You'd think I'll be blinded by all those flashlights by then, but no... Had to take more after the prom. Yeah. Click click and pose pose. Lol.
Hmm. Kinda regretting should've taken more... but oh well. Wanted to take more but no one was noticing me. (I lead an invisible life. I feed on glass.) Sigh. Yeah. Then Junyong's digicam had to batt flat on him. Sigh. There went my chances of taking more. Hmm. Realised I didn't actually take a lot of photos with him alone, so... yeah. I mean, no decent photos of me and my date? Funny huh... Lol. I'm hoping the one that we did take will turn out good. Hehe.
I think I'm glad. Yeah. Contented lar. Having a date going with you to prom, fetching you, doing things for you. Yeah. Fun. Muahahaha. (Servant of the day.) Lol. I mean, when I actually agreed on going with him, it was just like a fun kind of experience, like seeing what your date would do for you and stuff. But I guess he was making a great effort to look good, and yeah, I think he turned out... stunning. Lol. Real sweet. Funny lar. Hehe. I guess that's how having a date feels like. =)
